Creation of concept boards and design boards

Often the best way of presenting a new and fresh look for a property is by creating a series of design concept boards that can display finishes, furniture and fabric samples. These are a great way to see how textures and materials work together and how the room or rooms may be laid out. For a small and simple project, there may be only one or two boards, larger projects for entire houses may require an entire series. The cost depends on the size of the project so we can provide once an initial consultation has taken place.

Colour scheme consultation and advice

Not all homes need the ”full Monty”. Some basic advice at the start of a project on which colours will work together and complement your home can have huge impact on the final outcome of a project. It doesn’t have to take long and cost the earth; a few hours invested at the start of the process can yield great results on the finished product. Let our team take the stress out of the process!

Furniture sourcing and manufacture

How exactly do you turn a room into your dream space? It’s how you complete it with furniture and finishing’s! Our team knows exactly where to find the perfect pieces that will make you feel right at home in your own house, and make it work exactly how you want it to.  We deal with all the major suppliers around town so know what’s available and who has what! Alternatively, we have a network of manufacturers that can create those items that aren’t available off the shelf.

Curtain style, fabric selection and manufacture

Curtains, blinds or shutters? Our team can advise on exactly what will suit your property and help you create the individualised treatment that will add a touch of elegance to your home. We deal with a range of manufacturers and fabric houses to ensure that all our projects have the finishing touches that suit their owners and come in on budget.

Floor finishes – carpets, tiles and floorboards

How you finish your floors is one of the earliest and most important decisions you will make in your renovation as it influences how the rest of your rooms will be finished. We can give you advice on what will work and who can install it in your home. Our suppliers can provide solutions from very reasonable price points, right through to extremely glamourous, and top of the range products.

Spacial planning and room arrangements

Perhaps the most common challenge we come across is how best to arrange the furniture in a room. We can provide the advice on how best to use what you already have, or what you may choose to buy, to use the space available in your rooms. From providing great flow from room to room, to comfortable and cosy lounge areas, we specialise in making your home work in way that suits you.
